RETURNS & REFUNDS

Exchanges - To exchange your purchased item mail jo@figandhoney.co.nz within 14 days of purchase. All items returned for exchange are to be unworn/unwashed/unbroken with tags still attached. Courier charges for the return are the responsibility of the purchaser. The purchaser is responsible for the product until it has been received by Fig and Honey. Tracking is recommended. 

Refunds - If your purchase is faulty or you are unhappy with the product please email jo@figandhoney.co.nz.  A courier charge may be incurred therefore the garment is the purchasers responsibility until received by Fig and Honey. We will do our best to process all refunds and exchanges as efficiently and fairly as possible.
